The Peak Explorer application is an automatic spectra processing tool. It can represent multiple plot types with strong peak representation. It can also represent Gaussian function related graphs.
It can also determine the position of the peak automatically and draw a line between different peaks and determines left and right boundaries.
Besides the wonderful brown theme, the green graphs looks remarkably hard to follow. This of course might not bother you one bit. However, being so hard to look at, Peak Explorer will not find itself on my hard drive anytime soon. Sorry, but interface is as important as functionality.
